I had first ordered this Catalina Corkboard thru another website and I received the wrong product. I emailed them & they forwarded the email to Brewster/wallpops since they are the actual sellers. Brewster responded to me immediately and sent out the correct product which I received 3 days later. Yes, there was an error made in sending me the wrong item but they corrected it immediately so this shows what great customer service they provide and that is very important these days. P.S. This Catalina Corkboard is exactly what I wanted. Very satisified with it.
